A total conditioning package aimed for the youth field hockey athlete – 8 weeks. Focus on field hockey-specific strength, mobility, stability, speed, acceleration, agility and recovery strategies.
These in-studio sessions are limited to 8 athletes per session, assuring a high degree of supervision.
