2020 Junior League Coach Sign Up

Please fill out the below information to sign up as a volunteer coach for the 2020 Victoria Junior Field Hockey League (Boys and Girls) from April 18 to June 21, 2020. Please note that the information collected will be used to best place you with a team (age, gender, etc.) and other coaches to both meet your availability and preference as well as your experience level. for further enquiries, clarification or changes to this information please contact Heidi Gayleard at info@victoriajuniorfieldhockey.ca.

COACHING INFORMATION

Please note that all volunteer coaches are required to have a Criminal Record Check completed within the past 5 years.

In addition all coaches must be registered with Field Hockey BC. If you are not already registered with FHBC for the Aug 2019-Aug 2020 season as a player or official, please register as a coach here: https://www.fieldhockeybc.ca/fhbc/membership.php
